It's been a while since I've posted an entry. Things got really busy... finished up school, graduated, packed, cleaned, interviewed...

Now I'm visiting my parents, "taking it easy". I will update my website and this blog soon enough...

On a side note, I was shopping with my mom in a Korean beauty shop when I made this startling discovery...

Yes, that's right. "Horniness" sleeping mask.
For the curious, the box reads:

"Baby face revitalizing project!

Just choose proper

one of the special packs

and apply it on your face

and go to sleep"

Man, I cracked up when I saw it in the store. They must've been trying to translate 'gak jil'-- which refers to dead, dry, and/or rough skin in Korean. I suppose "horniness" is a representative-but-unfortunate translation

There's a whole line of horniness products... scrubs, soaps... but who doesn't want a sleeping mask?

keke... to (somewhat superficially) relate this post back to video games... my conclusion is this: DON'T SKIMP OUT ON GOOD LOCALIZATION.
